Job Description: We are seeking a qualified MOT Vehicle Technician to join our client’s professional workshop team. You will be responsible for carrying out mechanical inspections on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out MOT tests on a wide range of vehicles
  • Carry out repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Undertake road and ramp inspections
  • Diagnose faults on vehicles
  • Test drive vehicles to identify performance issues and ensure repairs are successful
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, within agreed timescales
  • Deal with warranty repairs
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualification and Experience:

  • MOT Qualified IMI / NVQ Level 3 qualification in Automotive / Vehicle Repair (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a vehicle MOT Technician
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics and mechanical repairs.
  • Full UK / EU driving licence.
