The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll play a key part in the overnight operation of a large transport and warehousing hub. Working 4 on / 4 off, 7PM–7AM, you'll act as the go-to support on site during night shifts – ensuring things run smoothly, problems are resolved quickly, and all records are accurate and compliant.

This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, well-organised, and ready to get stuck in.

What you’ll do as Night Logistic Specialist

  • Welcome, brief, and debrief drivers before and after shifts
  • Manage documentation including timesheets, absence logs, and change requests
  • Ensure compliance processes are followed and paperwork is audit-ready
  • Communicate updates and ETAs to internal teams
  • Respond to operational issues or last-minute changes
  • Support system updates for shift tracking and reporting
  • Be the on-site contact for workers and escalate any issues to on-call managers

What we’re looking for…

  • Comfortable working night shifts independently
  • Ideally some experience in logistics, warehousing or transport (not essential)
