POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following, other duties as assigned
- Apply and maintain quality systems, requirements, and standards for development and manufacturing products as well as data collection techniques and systems.
- Utilise corrective action forms and processes to identify root cause issues and determine the appropriate action.
- Utilise manufacturing process instructions (standardised work) and inspection verification sheets.
- Serve as the primary qualityresource to departmentsfor problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.
- Utilise established methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
- Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports.
- Report to management on quality issues, trends, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Createand deliver training material on quality standards and activities

Management of internal audit process against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and relevant external standards
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Understanding of QMS
- Minimum of 3years in a similar role.
- Training in general safety, heavy and assembly manufacturing processes, and quality system awareness
