We are recruiting for Vehicle Paint Sprayer in Corby, NN17 with immediate start.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary: £16.71 - £19.65 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities:
. Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking and prepping surfaces as needed to ensure a smooth finish.
. Apply water-based paints to vehicles to restore or enhance their appearance, following industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
. Conduct thorough checks on paint colour and prepare spray-out cards to ensure perfect colour matching to the vehicle's original shade.
. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and functioning as required.
. Assist and support other departments within the Bodyshop when required, ensuring smooth workflow and completion of tasks.

Skills & Expertise:
. Proven experience in a similar role as a Bodyshop Technician or Paint Sprayer is essential.
. A full, valid UK Driving Licence is required to drive vehicles as part of the role.
. Ability to support and mentor junior technicians, offering guidance and expertise when necessary.
. A genuine passion for working within the motor industry and delivering high-quality work to meet customer expectations.
. Capable of working independently on vehicles, making decisions as needed, and taking responsibility for your work.
. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:
. Essential:
o Previous experience as a Bodyshop Technician or Paint Sprayer.
o Full UK Driving Licence.
o Ability to work independently and make decisions where necessary.
. Desirable:
o Formal qualifications or certifications in vehicle painting or a related field.
o Experience in using water-based paints.
