Are you an experienced Administrator/Order Processor?

We are looking for a Packing Planner to take ownership of packaging stock management, ensuring a smooth flow of materials through the business. This is a temporary ongoing role , with both part-time and full-time options available. If you have strong SAP experience and a background in ordering control, we need someone who can hit the ground running to maintain packaging supply availability and support operations seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

? Stock Management - Ensure packaging materials are available and managed effectively.? SAP & Ordering Control - Use SAP to track stock, process orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.? Financial Control - Manage stock investment within a budget of approximately £2m per year.? Problem Solving - Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and vendor non-conformance issues.? Decision Making - Maintain packaging materials, manage stock availability issues, and support procurement decisions.? Planning & Organising - Prioritise tasks, maintain accurate records, and manage vendor delivery schedules.? Influencing & Communication - Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and vendors to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

?? Essential: SAP experience and previous ordering control background.?? Experience in a commercial role with knowledge of Microsoft Office.?? Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control systems.?? Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.?? Experience using Continuous Improvement methodologies.?? Ability to handle multiple tasks and make effective decisions under pressure.
