Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + overtime @ 1.5
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Hours: Monday – Friday, 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00

About the Company:
Interaction Technical has partnered with a well-established leader in the injection moulding industry. Due to continuous growth, our client is seeking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their dynamic engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Minimise production downtime by performing routine scheduled maintenance (PPMs) and responding to unplanned breakdowns within stipulated timeframes.
- Ensure production operations maximise output and minimise downtime through regular planned maintenance.
- Respond promptly and effectively to unplanned breakdowns, working alongside engineering and production colleagues to minimise disruption.
- Optimise the performance and lifecycle of operational equipment through regular preventative maintenance, collaborating with the Production team to identify and address causes of equipment wear and underperformance.
- Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns.
- Adhere to Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, SOPs, Dynamic Risk Assessments, and company policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of fault finding and diagnostics on manufacturing machinery.
- Electrical and Mechanical competencies.
- Relevant Electrical/Mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQs) are advantageous.
- Electrical bias is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced production environment is essential.
