Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire (applications welcome from surrounding counties)
Salary: £50,(Apply online only)-£52,(Apply online only) (OTE £55,(Apply online only)+)
Hours: 4 on 4 off, days only (06:00 – 18:00)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The client:
Interaction Technical have partnered with a well-established, market-leading firm based in Corby on their search for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join their team. Our client has been established for over 60 years and is renowned for their commitment to quality and innovation in the chilled juice production sector. This role is crucial in ensuring our plant and equipment are well-maintained and continuously improved.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns.
• Perform facility maintenance tasks and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
• Train Machine Operators and maintain daily activity reports.
• Support maintenance tasks at other UK sites and analyze performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in the fresh produce or beverage sector.
• Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ level 3, City and Guilds, or Apprenticeship).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and continuous improvement experience.
• Familiarity with industry machinery (e.g., conveyor belt systems, bucket fillers, strapping equipment).
