A leading food manufacturing business in Corby is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager. You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standard and that production runs efficiently. Food industry experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the engineering team across maintenance and production support
• Oversee planned maintenance schedules and reactive maintenance activities
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise plant efficiency
• Manage budgets and engineering projects
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in manufacturing, preferably in the food sector
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of maintenance systems
