We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Prepare and send customer statements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

  • Manage credit notes and adjustments as needed.

  • Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end processes.

  • Communicate with customers to resolve any discrepancies or queries.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions.
