In this role you will lead and support the administration team, ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to in order to meet departmental targets and objectives, whilst delivering excellent service to the customers and clients.

Hours are Monday to Friday 7.30-4.30 or 8.00-5.00. Some flexibility. 

What you’ll do

  • Produce daily management reports for Operations Management Team.
  • Maintain accurate costing matrix updated from dialog with account managers, documenting changes.
  • Provide documentation & support to the customer representatives.
  • Actively manage vehicles awaiting authority to meet the customer KPI’s.
  • Ensure all approving is completed accurately and within the finance timeframes.
  • Respond to Customer Service enquiries/concerns within the agreed time parameters.
  • Manage system issues and IT requests for the department, escalating urgent and overdue issues where necessary.
  • Manage and build relationships with inter department and peers.
  • Ensure office standards are maintained.
  • Conduct daily team briefings to communicate the key requirements and targets for the day.
  • Plan and manage resources ensuring adequate cover for absences and peak periods.
  • Support and motivate the team to manage administrative workloads.
  • Conduct performance reviews and carry out training and development with the team.
  • Oversee the recruitment of new staff, including the induction and training.

Who you are

  • Previous managerial / supervisory experience (essential)
  • Previous administrative experience (essential)
  • Computer literate with experience in using Excel (essential)
  • Strong communicative skills – speaking, reading and writing (essential)
  • Excellent numerical and literacy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
