Key Responsibilities:

• Counterbalance Forklift Operation:Safely and efficiently operateCounterbalance forkliftsand otherMHE (Material Handling Equipment)such asPPTsandLLOPsto move frozen goods around the warehouse.
• Frozen Goods Handling:Work in acold storage environmentwith temperatures set atminus 25 degrees Celsius(full PPE provided).
• Manual Tasks:Perform manual duties as required, such as picking, packing, and stacking products, in addition to MHE operation.
• Stock Management:Support in the movement, loading, and unloading of stock. Ensure stock is stored correctly and inventory is managed effectively.
• Support Operations:Assist in various operational duties across the warehouse, supporting the team and business where needed to ensure smooth operations.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience:Previous experience operatingCounterbalance forkliftsin a warehouse environment is required.
• License:Hold a validRTITBorITSSARaccreditedCounterbalance license.
• Manual Handling:Be prepared to perform physical, manual tasks in addition to forklift duties.
• Cold Storage Work:Comfortable working in afrozen environment(temperatures of-25C). Full PPE will be provided.
• Reliability:Must behonest, reliable, and committedto maintaining high standards of work in a critical position within the company.
• Team Player:Able to work effectively within a team and contribute positively to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Shift Flexibility:Willingness to workrotating shifts(4 on / 4 off), including both day and night shifts.
