Are you looking to progress and technically develop?This principal contractor delivers a blend of new build, refurbishment, and fit-out services to clients across the UK. Operating across a wide range of sectors including retail, education, hospitality, civils, and leisure. They manage projects ranging in value from £30,000 to £7 million. Due to continued success and a growing project portfolio, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and support the next phase of their growth.In this role, you will support the commercial team in delivering a wide variety of projects across multiple sectors. Your key responsibilities will include preparing tenders, managing project variations, attending cost value meetings, raising purchase orders, and conducting site visits once or twice a week. You will also play a vital role in ensuring that projects are delivered in line with client specifications and contractual requirements, among other duties.The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with a background in either fit-out, commercial, civil, or residential projects.
