About the Role:

You'll be responsible for:

Delivering personalised one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a variety of special educational needs
Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to implement and monitor individual education plans (IEPs)
Creating a safe, structured, and engaging learning space
Supporting pupils with communication, sensory, and emotional challenges
Assisting with classroom organisation, resources, and inclusive learning activities

What You'll Need to Succeed:

A patient, empathetic, and resilient mindset
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Prior experience working with children with SEN (in schools or other settings) is highly desirable.
A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is beneficial, though not essential.
