We are currently recruiting for a Packer to join a well-established injection moulding business based in Corby. Specialising in the manufacture of kitchen components, this company offers excellent training, flexibility, and the opportunity to secure a permanent role after a successful temp-to-perm period.
Location: Corby
Shift: Monday to Friday, flexible shifts available between 14:00 - 02:00 (e.g., 6, 8, or 12 hour shifts - all hours paid)
Pay: 25,397 - 27,602 (with pay increases over time)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Duties:
- Packaging items directly from the production line
- Boxing and labelling finished products
- Moving boxes onto pallets and wrapping pallets securely
- Completing basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Counting and recording products accurately
- Following order notes and instructions
- Supporting the wider production team when required
The ideal candidate must:
- Have previous experience in packing or production
- Be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Have strong attention to detail and reliability
- Be willing to learn and undergo training for further development
