Miles Recruitment have been offered a great chance to recruit for multiple Production Operatives. Working with a consistent client of ours, you will be joining a well-esteemed company, assisting the production lines and working on their products.
Having previous experience in a Production Operative role would be beneficial as you will be familiar to a similar environment. On top of that, if you have had experience working with rubber and welding, will help you excel in this position.
 Some traits that are desirable within Production Operatives can include:
- Hands On
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Team player
- Good communication to work alongside the team
The main responsibilities in which the Production Operatives carry out include:
- Making different sized products to the customer’s order
- Cutting and welding materials for the client’s products
- Working with rubber of all shapes and sizes
- At times heavy lifting of products for sizing up and cutting
- Working to customers’ orders and efficiently working with the team to get them made on time
Our client is offering a salary of £11.44 p/h initially, then rising once fully trained. This is a temporary position with the potential to become a permanent role.
The proposed hours are:
- 8am – 5pm Monday – Thursday
- 8am – 2.30pm Friday
