Juice Recruitment is excited to be supporting a leading organisation near Corsham in their search for an HR Administrator.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR department to support recruitment, training, and a range of general HR functions. We’re looking for someone with a proactive mindset, who is confident communicating with others and able to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and care.

DAY TO DAY

  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and liaising with hiring managers
  • Conducting DBS and reference checks, flagging any issues promptly
  • Tracking and reporting on staff absences
  • Hosting new starter inductions, conducting training reviews, and overseeing exit interviews
  • Coordinating staff training sessions and managing training calendars
  • Organising employee anniversaries, including gifts, certificates, or vouchers
  • Managing employee benefits in partnership with local suppliers
  • Providing general HR administrative support as needed

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous office-based experience, ideally in an administrative or HR support role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A motivated and driven approach to work
