A leading provider of IT services and solutions is currently looking for an SC Cleared Desktop Support Engineer to join their expanding team at theirprestigious offices.Contract Details:
- Location: Corsham
- Contract Length: 3 months +
Candidate Requirements: Successful candidates must hold a current SC clearance.Key Responsibilities
- Investigating and resolving incidents.
- Fulfilling requests.
- Assisting with problem investigations.
- Identifying and generating support documentation.
- Providing technical coaching.
- Ensuring adherence to agreed standards and procedures.
- Providing technical support and service delivery to our client's customers.
