Are you a Production Manager that wants full autonomy over your division with unparallel progression to Directorship in a company who offer a Monday to Friday position with a plethora of company benefits including a company car?
On offer is the opportunity to work for a food production company who have been in operation for over 2 years producing a variety of food products, currently operating as a team of 10 this company are looking for a Production Manager to come in an oversee the everyday site operations.
In this varied role you will be expected to be managing the production, planning, and deliveries of the food production warehouse. You will be overseeing a team of 10 and will be responsible for insuring they carry out their day-to-day tasks.
This role would suit a Production Manager or similar from a food production background, looking to receive training, gain the ability to promote through the company, who is looking for a varied role in a company who give you the opportunity to gain experience in the industry, work on different areas of production, receive expert mentoring and a company car.
THE ROLE:
- Managing a team of 10
- Monday to Friday (9-5)
- Overseeing day to day production
- Monitoring deliveries
The PERSON
- Production Manager or similar
- Background in food industry
- Commutable to Corsham
