About the Role:A leading UK-based manufacturing company is seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join their night shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, well-invested facility with over £50 million in advanced manufacturing technology.
As part of the Materials Management team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials across the site. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safe operation of a Counterbalance FLT
- Unloading and transporting materials across departments
- Feeding materials to production areas
- Dispatching completed components
- Conducting stock checks and maintaining stock accuracy
- A valid, nationally recognised Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in mask-only areas when required
