Responsibilities:

As a Registered General Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical care and maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitoring and assessing the health and well-being of residents.
• Offering emotional support to residents and their families.
• Assisting with activities of daily living and promoting independence.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining up-to-date records.
• Overseeing and leading a team of healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements:

• Holds a valid NMC pin, maintaining professional registration.
