Food Production Operative/Van Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented skinner/packer with butcher experience to join our client's factory based in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are properly packed and skinned. This role is essential to maintaining the quality and efficiency of the workshop. The company is happy to train candidates up on certain aspects of the role, providing they have experience in food production roles and have a full UK driving licence

Duties

• Accurately Skin, pack, and de-bone poultry products for shipment according to order specifications.
• Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
• Adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in materials handling tasks, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
• Van driving up to 15 drops per day around the local area

Skills

• The ability to skin and de-bone poultry products
• Efficient in packing goods
• Previous experience in a food production environment is essential
• Full UK Drivers licence
