Role Overview:
We are looking to recruit a qualified ACCA/ICAEW or part-qualified accountant with strong experience in a practice environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid grounding in both audit and accounts who is looking to develop their career further in a friendly and professional team.
Role: Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior.
Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 per year (based on qualififcations, expereince and interview performance)
Location: Coventry.
Working: Hybrid (full-time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with and lead on-site audit engagements, from planning to completion
- Ensure compliance with external audit requirements
- Prepare statutory accounts up to review stage
- Meet deadlines efficiently in a practice environment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team member
- Part or fully qualified (ACCA/ACA/AAT
- Demonstrable audit and accounts experience within an accountancy practice
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Experience with IRIS software (preferred but not essential)
