About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic and ambitious Tax Advisor to join a growing team in Coventry. This is more than just a compliance role - you'll be diving headfirst into strategic tax projects, including:
- Corporate reorganisations and restructuring
- Tax planning around mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
- Assessing the impact of business decisions on tax liabilities
- Supporting senior tax specialists and liaising directly with clients

What We're Looking For:
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or nearly qualified)
- Strong understanding of corporate tax and broader business tax issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you'll be client-facing
- A proactive, analytical thinker with a commercial mindset
- A team player who enjoys problem-solving and delivering results
