• Lead and grow the private client tax offering, managing a portfolio of HNWIs, business owners, trusts, and estates
• Deliver complex tax advice relating to capital gains tax, inheritance tax, estate planning, and residency/domicile matters
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored tax planning and advisory solutions
• Oversee and review high-level compliance work, ensuring technical accuracy and best-in-class service
• Mentor and support a capable tax team, fostering development and knowledge-sharing
• Work closely with the partners to identify growth opportunities and contribute to firm-wide strategy
• Represent the firm externally where needed and strengthen its profile in the private client space

• CTA-qualified or ACA/ACCA with significant senior experience in private client tax
• Extensive expertise in personal tax planning, trusts, IHT, and CGT
• Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence in clients and colleagues alike
• Proven leadership skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Commercial awareness and the ability to contribute at the strategic level
• A desire to join a values-driven firm and play a key role in its future

• £100,000 to £140,000 per annum
