- Maintaining up-to-date employee records and documentation
- Coordinating and planning meetings and company functions
- Assisting with budget monitoring and payroll
- Coordinating with IT department on all office equipment
- Managing correspondence via mail and email
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires
- Performing general administrative duties as needed
