The position is for a Quality Engineer with experience in the Aerospace sector.
Candidates should have familiarity with FMEA and RCCA, and be able to lead initiatives that improve products and processes.
The role offers a permanent position with a salary dependent on experience.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.

To drive improvements into the business from internal data analysis, customer & supplier inputs
To build understanding, interpreting and communicating customer requirements and ensuring internal value streams & suppliers deliver Right First Time
To develop the whole supply chain from (supplier base to customer) to deliver 100% quality & 100% Delivery, utilising & training modern tools such as Lean, RCCA, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, FAI
To work in an inclusive and solutions focused manner as a high performing team player.

Quality EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Be able to lead initiatives that improve products & processes
Knowledge of complex Quality Engineering processes and regulatory requirements
Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and make recommendations for improvements to products, processes or services
