  • To drive improvements into the business from internal data analysis, customer & supplier inputs
  • To build understanding, interpreting and communicating customer requirements and ensuring internal value streams & suppliers deliver Right First Time
  • To develop the whole supply chain from (supplier base to customer) to deliver 100% quality & 100% Delivery, utilising & training modern tools such as Lean, RCCA, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, FAI
  • To work in an inclusive and solutions focused manner as a high performing team player.
Quality EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Be able to lead initiatives that improve products & processes
  • Knowledge of complex Quality Engineering processes and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and make recommendations for improvements to products, processes or services
