Granite Worktop Company - Office, Factory and Showroom based in Wolston, Warwickshire

25,000 - 27,000 Basic Salary with 10% Bonus and Enhanced Pension Scheme
37.5 hours per week 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

The Company:
A superb family-owned business based just outside of Coventry off the A45 in Wolston. They are a supply and fit granite work surface company that has expanded from humble beginnings to a growing, thriving business that now employs a team of 9 people. They now have a state of the art workshop and manufacturing facility with a lovely, vibrant show room. Due to continued success, they are now looking to employ the services of a Sales & Customer Service Executive to work alongside an already established team.
The Role:
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- General day to day dealings in the sales office - administration, filing, data entry, invoices, payments etc.
- Responding to incoming customer enquiries over email, telephone and face to face in the showroom
- Formulating and sending quotations to customers with the help of the Business owners and other experienced staff
- Booking meetings with the customers for the team to template the design and secure the order.
- Deal with the customer all the way through the process through from initial enquiry to initial quote to raising invoice and customer after care.
- Help to develop the companies online and social media presence
- Work with the team to grow business through their own website as well as social media channels
- Uploading pictures and good news stories of finished projects
- Spreading the great work done over Facebook, twitter, Instagram etc to generate incoming leads and enquiries
The Candidate:
This role would suit a responsible and hard-working previous customer service, sales or office administrator that is looking to work for a fantastic business with some flexible working. You'll be organised, personable and proficient in office applications.
- Proven experience of working in a sales or customer service or administration role and have a real good eye for detail.
- Experience of working with customers over the phone and or face to face.
- Have effective and positive communication skills with the confidence to work independently and as part of a successful team.
- A confident, friendly personality that is happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved for the good of the company and to develop their own career.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Full Driving Licence
- Proactive and self-motivated individual

25,000 - 27,000 salary plus 10% Bonus
