Our client is one of the UK's leading businesses in their field and have one of the best trained and rewarded staff in the industry. They are currently looking for a Sales Trainer to drive the performance of the telesales teams across the business.
The ROLE
The successful Sales Trainer will be required to do the following:
* Work with Telesales teams across the business to maximise sales effectiveness and revenue.
* Deliver the induction training of all new Telesales staff.
* Develop knowledge, skills, and strengths of the sales teams.
* Able and willing to able to travel to the Glasgow office once a month.
* Review the effectiveness of sales training against company requirements.
CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong Sales Trainer with the following experience and attributes:
* At least 12 months experience delivering sales training.
* You need to be engaging with the ability to motivate staff.
* Proven track record in delivering results in a high energy call centre environment.
* Ability to create and prepare training material and documentation.
* Experience of using a CRM system.
* Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
