Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks
- Filing, scanning, laminating, printing
- Placing various orders
- Opening and sending post
- Other admin & IT tasks
Accountancy Tasks
- Sales ledger
- Purchase ledger
- Bank reconciliation
- Monthly supplier payment
- Monthly wages payment
- Monthly resident expenditure statements
- Monthly invoice reconciliation
Weekly Tasks
- Staff training records
- Food ordering
- Resident activity admin
Monthly Tasks
- IT backups and updates
- Electronic door lock audits
Various month-end tasks
HR & Recruitment
- Creating job advertisements & recruitment administration
- Staff & resident contracts
- Staff & resident record files
- Setting up staff on various IT systems
Support Tasks
- Resolving IT issues using helpline & support portals if necessary
- Assisting Manager, Assistant Manager, Business Manager, and Owner
- Similar tasks for other business interests
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, ideally Xero experience.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
