Hourly Rate: £12.21 - £15.47 per hour
About the Role:
We are looking for reliable and dedicated Production Operatives to join our team in Coventry. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of automotive products and playing a vital role in the production process. This is a hands-on position, where attention to detail and teamwork are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual quality checks of automotive products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Use hand tools to fit valves and weights, ensuring tyres are balanced correctly.
- Work efficiently on a production line, scanning products as they are loaded.
- Load and unload tyres and rims from trucks, transferring them onto the conveyor belt for further processing.
What We're Looking For:
- Flexibility to start at short notice.
- Confidence in manual handling, with the ability to lift stock up to 35kg.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to read and complete paperwork/screens as required.
