Are you a detail-driven Business Analyst with a passion for turning complex data into clear, actionable insight? This role offers the opportunity to work on in-year ODI (Outcome Delivery Incentive) performance reporting, driving meaningful change across finance and operations.

You’ll work at the intersection of data, performance, and strategic insight - shaping the way performance is understood, forecasted, and communicated. It’s a high-visibility role that demands confident stakeholder engagement, excellent analytical skills, and the curiosity to challenge the status quo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis and reporting of in-year ODI performance across multiple operational areas.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and Operational teams to ensure alignment on performance outcomes and financial implications.
  • Drive improvements in ODI performance tracking by designing robust, system-led reporting tools.
  • Develop detailed quarterly forecasts and in-month reports for each ODI measure.
  • Align cost forecasting with operational performance metrics, working closely with Finance Business Partners.
  • Contribute to Board reporting by preparing insightful summaries on performance outcomes and drivers.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within performance data and highlight areas for improvement.

  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insight.
  • Skilled in identifying performance trends and highlighting their business impact.
  • Experienced in building and refining reports, dashboards, and data tools.

Stakeholder-Focused:

  • Confident communicator with experience working alongside senior stakeholders.
  • Able to influence, challenge, and build strong relationships across Finance, Operations, and wider business teams.
  • Skilled at managing expectations and presenting insight clearly and effectively.

Change-Oriented:

  • Proactive in identifying process inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Comfortable leading transformation initiatives related to data, systems, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Advanced Excel skills and comfortable working with complex data sets.
  • Proven success in implementing process or reporting improvements.
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience, both within and outside finance.
  • Experience in developing or delivering system-based reporting solutions.
