Jigsaw Specialist Recruitment are partnering with a leading service sector business in the recruitment of a Quality Assurance Specialist. This role will play a key part in ensuring consistency and meeting of company standards. You will work between various external agencies and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of Sales Consultants to ensure tasks are being completed in line with company standards, SLAs and KPIs
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels through various data sources
- Listen to and watch customer calls and visits and report back to the management on findings and observations
- Ensure QA checks are correctly recorded and reported on
- Liaise with the mystery shop provider
- Share findings and outputs with relevant members of the Sales and Learning & Development teams to support action planning and tracking of progress
As the ideal candidate you will have experience of using CRM systems and understand the requirements of working within a customer service role.
This is an initial 6-month contract, working in a hybrid capacity. The office location will be Coventry and a requirement to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
