Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits in accordance with IATF 16949 and other relevant quality standards.
  • Evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements.
  • Identify non-conformities and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in external audits and customer quality assessments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in a quality auditing role within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949 quality standard (essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Auditing certification (e.g., ISO/IATF Lead Auditor) is desirable but not essential.
