What you’ll be doing

  • Making outbound calls to schools in your allocated area
  • Building relationships with administrators, teachers, and decision-makers
  • Booking appointments for the Sales Executive and making sure their diary runs smoothly
  • Following up on previous calls and logging all activity in the database
  • Playing a key role in helping schools discover engaging resources for their pupils

What we’re looking for

  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Organised, resilient, and results-driven
  • Proactive, able to think on your feet, and quick to build rapport
  • Comfortable with software tools for call tracking and CRM
