Contact centre advisors are essential and valued members of our team and daily duties will be liaising with our customers ensuring they get a great service, ensuring that escalation processes are adhered to in line with company guidelines, ensuring all calls are logged on our system and hitting monthly targets.

Starts at 12.21 per hour
Shifts:
40 hours per week. Any 5 days from 7 between 8am and 8pm, (Rota Based).
