We are currently seeking a reliable HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team for ongoing night work based in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional Class 1 Driver who is looking for steady work and competitive pay with a respected logistics operation.

As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for trunking to Wales, swapping trailers, and returning to the yard. This is a clean and straightforward role involving no handball and could be ongoing for the right candidate.

Start times vary depending on your run, which could start anywhere between 5pm to 9pm. This provides some flexibility and can work well for drivers with different preferences.

Requirements:

• A valid HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) licence

• A minimum of 1 year’s Class 1 driving experience

• Fridge trailer experience is essential

• A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card

• Maximum 6 points (no DDs, DRs, or INs)

• Safety boots and hi-vis vest

Pay and Benefits:

• £17.00 to £19.00 per hour (PAYE)

• Ongoing work – Monday to Friday

• Well-maintained units and trailers

• Night shifts only (between 17:00 – 21:00 start)
