Role Sales Manager - Renewables / Solar

Salary - 60K + commission + Car Allowance (4650) + Pension 5%

Location - Coventry (2 days office)

The role:We’re looking for a dynamic, consultative Sales Manager who thrives on closing deals and leading from the front. Around 80% of your time will be spent on personal sales activity, with 20% dedicated to coaching and inspiring your team. You’ll build strong client relationships, exceed targets, and help expand our presence in both established and new markets.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven track record in solution-based sales (ideally energy/technical).

  • Experience leading or coaching a small team.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Passion for renewables and driving change in the energy sector

  • Any experience of selling into the Agricultural, Foods or Haulage sector would be beneficial.
