Position: CNC Miller
Location: Coventry
Salary: 18 - 21 per hour (DOE)
CNC Miller required to join a growing engineering team that is based in Coventry. The successful candidate will come from a CNC Milling background and be able to Programme Set and Operate Fanu or Hurco controls machines.
CNC Miller Job Overview
- Set up CNC milling machines, including selecting tools, setting work offsets, and loading programs.
- Operate 3-axis and/or multi-axis CNC mills to produce components to exact tolerances.
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation.
- Adjust machine settings to optimize performance, surface finish, and cycle times.
CNC Miller Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller or Machinist in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Programming Setting and Operating experience
- Fanuc or Hurco controls experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing (GD&T).
- Competence using precision measuring equipment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
CNC Miller Salary & Benefits
- Permanent position
- Salary - 18 to 21 per hour (DOE)
- Monday to Friday - 7am to 4pm (Friday finish at 12pm)
