Resolute Recruitment is seeking a CNC Operator (Miller) for a permanent night shift position in Coventry, Warwickshire.
The salary for this role ranges from £12.50 to £13.50 per hour, depending on experience.
Candidates must have essential experience operating 3 & 5 axis CNC milling machines and be able to interpret engineering drawings.
Responsibilities include operating CNC milling machines, loading and unloading parts, and conducting quality inspections using various measuring tools.
Applicants should demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Resolute Recruitment are currently recruiting for a CNC Operator (Miller) for a manufacturing company based in Coventry. This will be a permanent position on a night shift, within an exciting business that are experiencing a lot of growth.CNC Operator (Milling)Location: Coventry, WarwickshireCNC Operator - Salary:• £12.50 - £13.50 Dependant on Experience. CNC Operator - The Job:• For the role of CNC Operator, you will be operating CNC Milling machines.• Loading and unloading of parts.• Quality Inspection of parts using micrometers, Vernier’s and gauges will be required for the role of CNC Operator.• Working from Engineering drawings to BS / ISO standards is required for the role of CNC Operator.CNC Operator - Job Requirements:• For the role of CNC Operator, experience with 3 & 5 axis CNC milling machines is essential.• Ability to interpret and work to Engineering drawings is required for the role of CNC Operator.• Ability to plan and work from own initiative, with minimum supervision.• Applicants will need to demonstrate attention to detail and reliability.CNC Operator - Shift pattern:• Day shift, 5 days per week. 07:30 -16:30 Monday to Thursday. 07:30 - 12:30 Friday.
