  • Problem-Solving: Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and make minor adjustments to ensure continuous and efficient production.

Skills and qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience as a CNC operator is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Attention to Detail: A high degree of precision and focus is required for creating high-quality components.
  • Numeracy: Basic mathematical skills for measuring dimensions and setting parameters.
