Role Responsibilities
- Lead and support a production team to meet targets with efficiency and quality
- Ensure all routine tasks like TPM and quality checks are completed
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with support functions for quick resolutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance
- Train and mentor production operators to reach high standards of excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices
- Provide first-line technical support and problem-solving on the shop floor
- Foster a positive, engaged, and safety-first culture within the team
- Manage the budget where appropriate
Experience we are seeking
- Leadership experience in a high-volume metal component assembly environment
- A natural leader and role model with a hands-on approach
- Strong understanding of production processes and workplace best practices
- Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving abilities
