Job Title: Telehandler
Location: Coventry
Hours: Days (flexibility required)
Salary: £32,533 per annum (Increased once fully trained)
Licences Required: Tele-handler (FLT, 360 Rehandler, Ash Crane – desirable, training provided)

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery: ash crane, 360 rehandler, weighbridge
- Assist public with correct waste segregation
- Handle hazardous waste safely and monitor tipping hall operations
- Load and manage waste containers and transport
- Keep site clean, tidy, and compliant with site licences
- Maintain records, report incidents, and conduct safety checks
- Provide cover for stores and ash crane operations as needed
Requirements:
- Experience working outdoors and independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic understanding of recycling/waste minimisation
- Team player, physically fit, and safety-minded
