Sonic Summary

A Mortgage Business in Coventry is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor for a fully remote position with excellent earning potential.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor and candidates must be CeMAP qualified.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with 2 weekends per month required.
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of up to £32,500, with on-target earnings of £70,000 through a 20% commission structure on banked business.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to write Mortgage and Protection business.

Our clients, a highly successful and expanding Mortgage Business, are currently looking to offer such an opportunity to an experienced Mortgage Advisor in the Coventry area.

This position is full remote, therefore you can be based anywhere in the West Midlands area, but you must have strong experience within Mortgages to be considered.

Working hours:

Monday – Friday 9 – 6
2 weekends per month
Remote working

The successful candidate for the role of Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

Basic salary up to £32,500
Commission structure 20% banked business
On Target earnings of £70,000

Requirements for Mortgage Advisor:

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor
CeMAP qualified
CAS status preferred
Full UK driving licence
Ability to write Mortgage and Protection business.
Highly driven and organised
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
