A well-established and respected organisation in the education sector is seeking a Temporary Credit Controller to join their finance team for a period of 6 months. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end credit control process, including chasing overdue payments via phone and email
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders
Resolve queries efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely resolution
Monitor and manage aged debt reports, keeping accurate records of all communications
Support the wider finance team as needed during busy periods

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a credit control role
Confident communicator with a calm and professional telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact
