A well-established and respected organisation in the education sector is seeking a Temporary Credit Controller to join their finance team for a period of 6 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong credit control experience looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and values-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end credit control process, including chasing overdue payments via phone and email
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders
  • Resolve queries efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely resolution
  • Monitor and manage aged debt reports, keeping accurate records of all communications
  • Support the wider finance team as needed during busy periods

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a credit control role
  • Confident communicator with a calm and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact
