We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator/Manager to join a well-established independent IT Consultancy. Our client strives to deliver with integrity and honesty and has built a great reputation as a delivery partner in the industry.

This permanent full-time opportunity will suit someone who is looking to work remotely whilst working closely with the CEO of the business. The salary is circa £28k - £32k doe plus benefits. The standard hours of work are 37.5 hrs pw 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon-Fri, however, flexible working options will be considered.

You will provide an administrative function to all areas of the business to ensure the smooth running of our client’s invoicing and billing.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Financial

-Invoicing & Billing

-Supplier management

-Bank reconciliation

-Payroll

-Credit Control

-Expenses Management

Projects Administration

-Scheduling

-Resource management

-Sales handover

-Change management

H.R. Administration

-Leave management - eg. sickness / holidays

-Handbook & appraisal tracking

Skills and experience required:

·Ability to work remotely (100%) as part of a team and independently

·Microsoft 365 skills, in particular Excel (Intermediate level)

·Accountancy Package experience, training will be given on Xero

·Strong organisational skills & great interpersonal skills

·Clear, effective communicator, on the phone, in writing and in person

·Customer service focused

·Multi tasker & problem solver
