We are seeking an experienced and energetic Home Manager to lead a 28-bed residential care home in Coventry. This role involves overseeing all aspects of care delivery, compliance, staffing, and day-to-day operations, ensuring the home provides a safe, person-centred, and engaging environment for older adults.
Key Responsibilities:-
Act as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

Lead, support, and develop care teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and medication management.

Maintain accurate records and manage audits, inspections, and quality assurance.

Handle recruitment, staff performance, rotas, and training.

Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources efficiently.

Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
