Location: Coventry | Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 | Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Home Manager to lead a 28-bed residential care home in Coventry. This role involves overseeing all aspects of care delivery, compliance, staffing, and day-to-day operations, ensuring the home provides a safe, person-centred, and engaging environment for older adults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Lead, support, and develop care teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

  • Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and medication management.

  • Maintain accurate records and manage audits, inspections, and quality assurance.

  • Handle recruitment, staff performance, rotas, and training.

  • Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources efficiently.

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
