Role Overview:
As the Electrician, you will be responsible for completing reactive repairs and a range of electrical works across commercial buildings, schools, residential properties, and social housing. You will work within a designated patch, ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and delivering high-quality work to clients and tenants.
The Electrician will be:
- Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in commercial buildings, schools, residential properties, and social housing.
- Completing electrical works including repairs, upgrades, and remedials in tenanted properties.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with 18th Edition regulations.
- Using a PDA or paperwork to record findings and complete certificates accurately.
We are looking for an Electrician who has:
- 2391
- NVQ/C&G Level 3
- AM2 qualification
- 18th Edition
- Experience working in commercial, residential, or social housing environments
- Own transport and tools
The Electrician will receive:
- 28 per hour
- Ongoing contract with the opportunity to move into a permanent role
- Weekly pay and consistent workload
