Senior Studio Engineer (Interiors IP & Console)
- Lead and oversee the development of engineering solutions, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to deliver high-quality results
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the delivery of innovative projects
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Act as a key liaison between design and engineering teams, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and project outcomes
Skills Needed:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects for interiors (Instrument Panel and/or Centre Console)
- A good working knowledge of using Catia for generating geometry and investigating designs
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
- A solid understanding of engineering principles, design processes, and manufacturing constraints
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to achieving excellence in every project
