PageGroup are delighted to be working with a leading FMCG organisation with a large Coventry site to appoint for an Employee Relations Specialist for circa 6 months to support with a backlog of cases.

This role can offer hybrid working of circa 3-4 days on-site per week.

This role can consider full time or part time applicants (4 days)

Description

This busy, fast-paced Employee Relations Specialist role will report to a HR Manager and work alongside a team of ER Specialist to assist clearing a backlog of cases, ranging from low-level to complex situations in a busy manufacturing environment.

  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Support managers in handling performance management processes effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to develop and update policies.
  • Deliver training sessions to managers on employee relations best practices.
  • Analyse trends in employee relations and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required to meet business objectives.

Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven HR background, you will be confident dealing with a wide range of ER cases
