- Starting January 1st, 2026, the working hours will transition to a 4-day week, and immediate interviews are available for interested applicants.
Shorterm Group is looking for a skilled Composite Laminator to join a growing automotive company based in Coventry.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years' experience as a Composite Laminator
- Experience working with Pre-Preg materials
- Knowledge of seal and release of patterns and moulds
- Proficient in vacuum bagging of tooling and components
- Background in Aerospace, Automotive, or Motorsport industries
Job Details:
- Position: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: 16-18 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Friday: 6:00am - 11:00am
Please note: From January 1st, 2026, working hours will change to a 4-day week (Monday-Thursday, 6:00am - 3:30pm).
